A WRAP is a structured recovery planning tool designed to decrease symptoms, increase personal responsibility and improve the quality of life for those who experience psychiatric symptoms.
You will learn how to use recovery tools in your everyday life to keep yourself well.
WRAP will help cultivate personal empowerment and self-acceptance.
WRAP enables you to devise your own plan of action to be used in the event of a crisis and a plan for the post-crisis period.
It is a wonderful enhancement of existing treatment plans.
