"Network of Care is an innovative web-based resource designed around the needs of consumers of mental health services, as well as their care givers and service providers.  The President’s New Freedom Commission on Mental Health spotlights Network of Care as a tool that can help those with a serious mental illness take a more proactive and effective role in the management of their own care.

The Network of Care Web site features a comprehensive service directory, instantaneous advocacy tools, an up-to-date library of mental health information, the latest mental health legislative issues, a chat room, and a confidential “My Folder” section for consumers and families to store their own personal information and complete personal documents, such as a Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and an Advance Directive for Mental Health Treatment. This web site was made possible by monies from Ohio’s Transformation State Incentive Grant through the Ohio Department of Mental Health."
